P O L I C Y

Please read carefully. This Contract Policy applies to All Services offered by Tabitha's Makeup Artistry. By booking  with Tabitha's Makeup Artistry, you are agreeing to ALL terms and conditions below.


PAYMENTS:

All Makeup Appointments requires a Deposit in order to secure the date you need services. All deposits are Non-Refundable. Remaining balances must be paid on or before the day of services. We accept payments in the form of cash, checks or credit cards payment. Checks can be made out to Tabitha Matanane. To reserve the date of your event the makeup artist will Email your invoice and the deposit will be due in order to confirm your date. Booking your appointment online you may be asked to “save” your card information, keep in mind your information will not be used by anyone other than Tabitha Makeup Artistry for deposit and remaining balance purposes, once your balances are fully paid our business will remove your card information from our systems. 


CANCELLATIONS:

In the event the client cancels the Makeup Service Contract less than 15 days prior to scheduled date, client will lose the deposit paid to the Makeup Artist. If rescheduling you may be asked to pay another deposit fee to reserve the new date, however you may reschedule within 48 hours after signing the Makeup Service Contract without any penalty fees. The Makeup Artist will be under no obligation to refund any money paid up until point of cancellation, however the client will not be liable for any further payments. Cancellations made by the make up artist due to circumstances including, but not limited to, problems rendering the makeup artists performance of their obligations where no other suitable alternative can be offered, a full refund will be given to the client. No further compensation will be offered. Any Specials and Promo’s are non-transferable (i.e Valentine’s Day Special, Giveaways) 


LIABILITY: 

I take hygiene seriously. All makeup products and brushes are kept sanitary. All products are sanitized between every makeup application. Any skin condition should be reported prior to the application. Also due to this clause, I am not able to tweeze or razor eyebrows. Client agrees to release the artist from liability for any skin complications due to allergic reactions. If the Makeup Artist feels uncomfortable, threatened, or verbally abused in any way, she will have the right to leave the premises without completing services.  If the artist feels that the client has any open facial wounds or a skin condition that could be infected or unsanitary, she has the right to refuse service to that client.


TRAVEL EXPENSES:

The client will cover any necessary travel expenses of the makeup artist as agreed at time of booking.

This is to include, should it be required, congestion charging and parking charges

For destination weddings, airport transfers both in the US and abroad, flights and accommodation should all be provided.


PHOTOGRAPHY:

The client agrees that the makeup artist may use any photography for publicity purposes which include but are not limited to the makeup artist’s website and social media pages.  Personal data including photographs will be securely stored in line with our data protection policies more of which can be found in our privacy policies.
